Explicable descent

……With every new ache and pain I enjoy less of my life’s successes, a sort of cornering by death prepping me for my successors, empty out my closets and dressers, gradually becoming uncle Fester cause bad health has already begun to fester, to  define and understand death I no longer need Webster, pain in my lower back from here to Chester, a slow undressing of the flesh and mind has its place, when death comes who wants to be home waiting at their place, I’d rather make it give chase, even though we can’t stop it’s descent and there’s no place to run, at least I can hit the beach where they’re having fun.
