Mercedes Benz (for Janis Joplin)

Norman Flagtea

Oh.Lord, won't you slow down the Mercedes Benz?

My friends all drive Porsches, I must make amends

rode bikes all my lifetime, no help from my friends

So Lord, won't you slow down the Mercedes Benz?

Oh Lord, won't you guide me and my bike over town

I'm counting on you Lord, please don't let me down

I'll wait for delivery each day until three

for bike paths all empty, shardless and free.

Thank you, Soren! Do you ride a bike?

No motor bikes too old for that. Used to do a lot of 10 speed biking when younger but that's not what you asked. You are most welcome
