A little game (called Russian roulette)

Sam.C

Lets play a game

Come now, don't be lame

This is your claim

To fame

Come on lets play

At least enjoy your stay

If you play and lose

Just know you had the right to chose

Chills down your spine

And thrills so sublime

This game’s fun as sin

Pick it up, take it for a spin

Lets go a round or two or three

Gun for you and a gun for me

Now take a breath and let’s begin

The game ends with a click or bang

Slam a bullet or two down the barrel

Then pull the trigger with little struggle

the game ends with a puddle

That was fun

Such a treat

The games just started

Now rinse and repeat

required words- game, bang, slam, struggle.

  • Comment from author about the poem: i gave myself a challenge since i havent been writing as much basically i ask a few people to give me a random word and then i have to use those words (preferably in the order given) in the poem the way i wrote the poem was to feel as if the speaker were advertising games at a carnival or casino - its just a little gamble- fun and games taken a little too far almost manic energy lemme know what you think

It reminds me of childhood when I did play games. Nicely done
