I Met a Woman

Insanely Hilarious

Oh, I met a woman, beautiful was she.

Hair the color of the night sky,

Her eyes sparkled with mirth.

Her confidence echoed so loud.

I met this woman today,

Her voice strong and straightforward,

She wasn't shy, she wouldn't smile,

But oh how gorgeous was her mind.

I met that woman today,

No concern of what other people would say.

Her handwriting so messy,

She was always so busy.

I wish to meet that woman again,

Perhaps ten years from now.

She's my future self, after all,

She deserves to see me proud.

If I met myself ten years later, I would arrest myself.
Now that beautiful woman I dumped. I wonder if I should, maybe not.

Beautiful and a poem of the inner self. Nicely done
