Silence Please!

Julia66

Silence please! A shout rang out

The hush descended and took

its place amidst poised pens

quivering over blank paper

CATASTROPHE

An equation, a maze of numbers

letters, mishaped symbols

spread itself across the page

a mocking invitation to empart wisdom

I closed my paper

I love this poem Demar it is an enigma itself that is unraveled in its spelling Cat as trophe(y) reminding me of an old poem I wrote by that titile. Equation of letters deciphered as different words when broken down to lowest common denominator. A fun read

I looked at the paper and got pi eyed squared.
Probably why I walk around in circles now.
