"Like My Love for Her"
She stands where shadows softly fall,
A bloom of light against the wall.
Her smile — a whisper in the breeze,
That calms the storm and bends the trees.
The world may change, the skies may turn,
But in my heart, her fire will burn.
No time, no tide, no fate can stir
The depth of love I hold for her.
She wears the stars upon her sleeve,
And dreams that even gods believe.
Each glance she gives, each breath she takes,
A thousand songs my soul awakes.
So let the heavens write our name,
In winds, in stone, in gentle flame.
For all I am, and all I’ll be,
Is hers — eternally, endlessly.
