A Beautiful Love

mtrotter1

I eat bread

Because I am not hungry

You make me feel like the stars

I am naked because I choose to be

Only because I fall asleep

As the window chases the open clouds

I remember the sun as being fragile

The stars become one in my head

And how romantic is the stormy night

When the sun has died?

I want a beautiful love

A love that will last a lifetime

Her name is a memorable beginning

Her lies are alive

For she is so much like me

A character in misery's eyes

I hate her

I absolutely hate her

For she is the brightest blue sky

I eat bread

Because I am not guilty

I eat bread

Because I am a liar

For the sun is really the darkest moon

That constant death requires

And that is love.
