I Am So Lost Without You

The nights are longer when you are not by my side.
The mornings have become afternoons,
without the sound of your annoying voice.
My heart feels like a hollow tune
A void that echoes, a hollow, gnawing tide.

Conversations aren't as they were
since I lost you—
your absence leaves a gaping hole each day, scraping my will to live.
Friends say I'll survive, my family lowkey relieved.
I am tired, honestly,
of everyone.
Of everything.

My heart seizes not to grieve without you...
What is there when you are not?
What do I do in my life without you?
I long for your screen, my heart's kin.
my precious iPhone, who stole you from me?
I am so lost without you.

Love the twist at the end where the love becomes the I phone. So true it is. A lovely write
