my kitten sleeps with me at the bottom of my bed
curls up in a ball to rest his sleepy head
i can here him purring as peaceful as can be
creeping up the bed then lying next to me.
he puts his paws around me and cuddles up real tight
then he licks my face as if to say goodnight
then i go to sleep as happy as can be
knowing that my kitten is sleeping next to me.
