The Beginning

gray0328

light split the darkness in two

a child born beneath quiet stars

heaven kissed the earth that night

and the world trembled with relief

God wrapped Himself in human skin

not distant, not untouchable anymore

every step He took screamed mercy

every word He spoke echoed grace

it was love carved into this earth

so bold, so tender, so undeserved

how do you believe the impossible

when it kneels at your feet, bleeding

the cross was heavier than we knew

but He bore it like it was ours

death was silenced by resurrected breath

and eternity now fits in our hands
