Underneath it all

boot

Lights.. upon the plastic tree
Such a cheerful show of faith
Underneath... the symbol glows
For those who have a taste

For the unseen

The done been

The born again

For hope

Pessimistic.. scholars being
Preaching crap....so far from seeing
Bolstered by a litany
Faithless few...a history

Of doubt

Look out

That flicker will deceive

Keep...what you believe

Extend the hand that holds your heart
For just a second...
There you go
Minus all your preconceptions

Lift your blinders

Shift your view

Once was I..

And so could you

Be
