Sweeps in,
Carrying with it
The scent of you.
I inhale deeply,
Savouring it,
The unfamiliar
Feeling of hope.
A future filled
With song,
Laughter echoing
In every room.
What you have given
Cannot be named,
But I pray you feel it
In each steady beat
Of our shared heart.
