The clock resets,
a fresh start spills into the air—
a chance to breathe, to dream, to heal.
To everyone, everywhere—
may this year be softer,
a little kinder,
a little brighter.
With God, our Lord, beside us,
may His grace lift the weight of yesterday
gently off our shoulders,
and may our hearts find space
to grow, to hope, to love.
Let’s walk forward together,
guided by His light,
not perfect, but persistent—
building bridges with words,
healing wounds with actions.
Here’s to new beginnings,
to laughter that breaks through silence,
to hands reaching out,
to a world that remembers its own humanity
and the love of our Lord above.
Happy New Year—
may it be better,
may it be blessed,
may it be ours.
