I twist and turn and reel in pain, from what's inside me once again.
I take these pills to calm thunder, once again it sends me to slumber.
The haze of this feeling is surreal but the pain without you is very much real.
I wonder how it could be but reality seems to split into three.
This sends my body numb from the feeling that its done, forever it will be this illness has won.
It could be benign but I'm unsure, but the weight of my actions weigh on me more.
This pain i feel is unreal, physically and mentally its very real.
Once more these pills send me into a daze but my mind is once again in this haze.

Raw yet refined in rhyme it spills its story onto the page and tells of the cycle from conscious storm to the fog of a hazy day medicated into a cloud of numbing slumber. Well written it is a fave
