In poetry we say.

Bishop M.

In english we say “Im trying to let you go”

In poetry we say “I walked outside and saw your existence in other people but only as mere duplicates that my eyes deceived me. I heard your voice in someone else the day after that and when I heard the melody I realized it was only but someone playing a melody made by a different artist. Only after I realized that these weren't you, but rather my eyes and ears playing tricks on myself, wishing it truly be you, only did I realize the problem wasn't with the people, but with my heart that still hoped it was. My mind tries to tell my heart to let you go, whispering, nudging, pleading but my heart cannot hear its pleas.”

A most interesting comparison of common and poetic language where poetic is seen as flowery and metaphoric nicley done
