My brain dump

Maplespal

Slip in then out, jump then step, walk don't run,
talk without yelling, whisper quietly, then be done.
Acknowledge the mess before landing in it.
Liquid the floor before slipping on it.
Measure the distance before jumping to it.
Slow pace the walking while getting to it.
These are the things thought makes me do,
each time no yelling a whisper brings to view.
These actions for me in my head,
myself listening to what I've said.
