Wretched society

Insanely Hilarious

You taught me that your feelings mattered,
But you left when my heart shattered.
You made me be so easy,
Left when it wasn't light and breezy.

I want to be the kind you like,
But that's not me, no, it can never be.
Whatever I choose, I lose.
So, hell yeah, I'll be me.

You're not a he or a she or a they or a them,
No, you're that wretched society.

Here I see a society asking us to be something we are not and the true individual not willing to buckle under the pressure. Well said
