MEMORIES LINGERS

MEMORIES LINGERS

Deep down my heart and soul; It lingers

The pains and happiness lingers,

The emotions I have felt still lingers,

All of it still lingers vividly in my brain.

My past love still lingers,

My past pains I suffered still lingers,

My past still lingers like it just happened today,

The memories still lingers deeply.

A poem dedicated to the pervasiveness of pain's memory. Well done
