Invisible

Maplespal

We walk a path blinded by faiths lies,
lamb ourselves and keep our tongues tied.
We do it all just to please the thought of you,
always prayed and you never came to view.
Our Lord, our Christ so make believe,
lies preached to us to be deceived.
A perfect circle replays its tone,
these, these lies were always known.
You've made us worthless with your lies
they preach to us if we don't comply
We're victimized by the thought of you,
we're demeaned, the lies aren't even true.
You pit us against the other to fight,
but never are you in our sight.
You are invisible.
