Eurydice

cellinic

The shadows are burdensome. Subsequent outlines
The stretch of moonshiny flare is awe-inspiring.
Eurydice sees all good things in her strivings, in
Magical tabby, an urge of her soul strings.

Retrieval of tenderness, in sighted feelings,
Not dealing with sorrow and rough-looking dolour,
All yesterdays trouble are left in the yestern
Concupiscence vehicle at chamber brink soller…

Attaining the thought in the saintlike world spirit
Connecting enthusiasm power with worry
The Dryad will cast aside woe in a minute,
When chanting of Love makes its way in no hurry…

And being a stranger to Hecate’s sadness
Beyond the appeal which is so truth-accustomed,
Unbosoming only sundown fads and fancies,
The soul gets to know the behest and the footstep,

Gives rise to the hymns, nurtured by striving
To link the crisp white with the night-time silk velvet,
Outgrowing in total the pain of past yearning
And taking on meaning, so seeable, first-hand.

And softness impression in sunrise expansion
Through thousands of miles and the distance illusion,
Conferring on calm and commitment foundations,
A ray of forgiveness through parting confusion…

Several references to mythology fill this fantasy piece. Nicely worded. A lovely write

My friend, this is rich with myth, tenderness, and becoming. Shadow and light are not in conflict here, but learning each otherโ€™s language. The poem moves toward meaning with grace, and that movement matters. Well done! ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ›
