If no one sees you, do you matter?

applecherry

Do my words have meaning,

if they are unseen?

if my words,

stay in my drafts,

what meaning do they hold?

Where does the energy go?

Are my words meaningful,

If not read by another?

Can I give meaning to,

my words,

myself?

I write for myself,

but i wish to share,

to release,

to be recognised,

not judged,

nor celebrated.

But to put my presence out there,

if no one sees you,

do you matter?

The last line is a winner and philosophical and existential winner. Some would say yes but I believe that deep down inside we all want to be recognized and remembered. Well written
