Sympathy card

Maplespal

Where are they now, where do they hide,
to find them I've looked and I've tried.
You know, the reasons why I should care,
and if I remember with you I will share.
For now, let it be whatever it is to be,
nothing of you is of interest to me,
and yes, I've known all along how I feel,
my uncaring attitude towards you is real.
Say what you want, it won't change a thing,
for my mind there's nothing you bring.
But hey, they begged me to send you a note.
So on this card, this I wrote.

A sad comment on relationships and the sentiment between people. Well written with good rhyme and meter
