RSM0812

Silence but a state of mind, unique and vast in due design,

A lantern lit upon the street, where people drift, or didn’t speak.

The talk is low, the action dense,

Like stones upon a pearly fence.

Bring to me the life of love,

Or say I love you is enough,

My heart it sways for your reprieve,

As gentle winds blow like a daunting thieve.

Your beauty, resilience, embers through,

Remain not only through and through.

But last until the midnight hour,

As lovely as an April flower.

Grow to be the gardens best,

As life a tempting test.
