My Bride

RSM0812

Words to hear and let describe,

Prettier then a flower is my bride.

Dressed in white, the light of night,

Her beauty shines beyond every mans sight.

Her golden hair, as she lies bare,

Her breast of luscious innocence fair.

Bring to me a goddess, her mind and spirit pure.

Hold her when so modest, her love to me does lure.

I need her every whim, desires, wants, anew.

My faith and love in her, forever true.

Oh how strong the passion we call love when first its new, how beautiful the flower bud and how shines new steel before corruption and rust take their toll. Curse the clock that it may stop. A lovely poem full of such brightness and hope
