Oh to walk through this life
unbothered, unfettered
By the thoughts of what could be better
To bypass the chattering of teeth I need to endure to travel this weather.
I once dreamt a dream of a time I felt so
grand and tall
I saw masses of objects float towards the clouds
Equations flickered in my vision
as if there
but not really... like the things we can't touch passing through air
While at the center of this awe
inspiring
Scene to which I've been enthralled,
Hanged an eye
in the beautiful blue sky
glaring at me and the world as if judging us
all at sunrise
I can't help but think what it
meant to speak
Maybe it could've helped me in this
journey I seek
But what it meant I fear that I've
missed the beat
My eyes feel so tired and my will
Seems more weak.
Tho I don't know the outcome of this path
Beneath my feet
I know it to at least be the one thing
I need complete.

- Comment from author about the poem: I revised it from a previous poem I made on here before barely changed I think, but I think it sounds A LOT better now! (Revised in bout 15 minutes so it's not a lot )
