The Eye of the Beholder

Creator of Mystery

your eyes look like they grasped the stars and put them in eternal hold

forever to gaze upon

but trapped in an inescapable life you barely want to live

even brightness can be faked

even love can be caught

even a smile can be lost

but for you id never let it fade

a smile will never leave

and if so it does

it shall return upon my hand

For even though eye of the beholder changes

it would never move your grace
