it's a rainy day,
don't have much to do
and the sounds of the rain are comforting
so i think "why not go read on the balcony?"
it's cold, but i keep the windows closed,
grab a jacket and sit there silently
reading poems i find online
by the most random people in the world,
all sharing their feelings and thoughts through words
and there u are
another stranger to me
can't see nothing but ur arm
and it's to far away to guess if you're a man or a woman
ur table light is on and i'm not sure of what ur doing
but it's still fascinating
from my angle ur balcony seems more maximalist
mine just has a lot of books that aren't mine
and random things that needed to be kept somewhere
my balcony is a storage space
urs seems more like a workplace
i wonder if u had the same idea that I did tho
if you're here because the rain sounds are refreshing
and ur day is more relaxing like this
i wonder since when have u been there,
if you're also reading or if you're also writing,
if u go to the balcony often
and just calmly do what u have to do
today my curiosity was towards u
what's ur name? – i wonder
maybe one day i'll know,
but for now you're my unknown neighbour
someone that i know nothing ab
a stranger in a balcony close to mine

Unseen faces behind fake name masks but sharing mutual problems neighbors in a world ship that become friends without ever meeting. A great description of a poetry site. Lovely
Well written. Your poem explores themes of connection and isolation in urban living, using the backdrop of a rainy day to evoke feelings of introspection and curiosity about a neighbor. It highlights the shared human experience of solitude, as well as the comfort found in seemingly mundane moments.
