No matter how you feel,
No matter what you think,
not you nor I are helpless.
Know that you have strength.
Do not be afraid.
That feeling in your stomach,
when fear comes;
that's not how we were made.
I am not trying to psych you out.
Fear is not a part of us.
It is not what we are about.
