When they said you wouldn’t make it; when they filled your head with doubt. Soon you’ll learn it was all lies; you will figure it out. When they belittled you, and made you feel like you don’t belong. Our Heavenly said; “you are all my children; with me is where you belong. When they mocked you; or tried to dim your light; Our Heavenly Father calls us to shine bright. They lied when they blamed you alone for everything. Use your voice; is a great place to begin. Never allow the opinions of others to bring you down; let our Heavenly Father help you to turn your life around. It won’t happen overnight as He takes His time. If you received it all at once, you would no longer need Him; you would most likely walk in pride. They lied when they said you are unworthy of love; there’s a God who loves unconditionally up above. True He corrects you and teaches discipline and self control; this classroom is where the old self is pruned away; there’s peace in letting go. Don’t allow the enemies lies to creep into your mind; stand in faith with God; a better life with Him you’ll find.

I love to see your perseverance to your theme of belief and faith. It shows courage to put it out in front of all and a steadfast direction in your writing. Nicely done
I thank you for your feedback always! Thank you for your kindness and reading my work.
You are most welcome
Good write GS.
Nope, I never lied when I said 'Never a day goes by when I'm not horrible to KP!' heehee.
But it must stop π lol π
GenXer, this is compassionate and steady. You name the lies plainly, then answer them with belonging, formation, and time. The image of pruning toward peace is very effective, and the tone invites trust rather than fear. Well written, my friend. πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
