Departure

Tonya Titus

Knowing you has been a pleasant walk along a path of turning.

And as the seasons each have their own uniqueness,

which in passing leave behind them recollection,

so too our friendship will keep its place & time.

For I'll remember how we discovered

the yes of our differences,

and even saw ourselves seeing,

when we looked through each other's eyes.

Departure and joining two sides of the same coin. Nicely done

      You are too kind.

Friendship in unison it seems, and everlasting.
We all need a soul mate like this.
