I’d still choose you.

Job Welime

Roses weren’t always red,
and violets were not always blue
still, through every change,
my feelings for you remained true.
Because even when colors fade,
my heart refuses to, loving you is the truest shade
I have ever known.
Not loud, not borrowed, not temporary,
but steady like a sunset that knows it belongs to the sky.
And if the world repaints itself a thousand times,
I’d still choose you,in every hue, in every lifetime.

Sweet and most romantic this poem conveys its message well. Nicely done
