Those like You and I need to focus upon those momentary flashes of light that get Us through the darkness.Aberrant thoughts of self doubt,hopelessness are not uncommon.Just be strong enough to overcome them.You're a beautiful, kind,caring,empathetlc person who has so much to offer to so many.You enrich so many lives.
Just focus on that and You'll be fine.
