Deep within that uneasiness exists,
Hard to explain yet, so vivid
Wonder I about the time for this pain to set me free
Wonder I about my measly frowning
"Isn't this something everyone goes through?"
Yet why am I to suffer like this, or rather these verses make me weak
As violent as the tides, emotions are taking me to top of the world
Another second, it's me in the underworld
Ponder i upon the answer to come
Maybe it's sitting within me but under the veil of darkness
So I shall not be afraid of the darkness for my answer lies in the branches of his
Instincts to trust and thrive on my journey seeking to find worldly treasures
But what if I get lost and found nothing
Then optimism shall take a hold of me
And we must begin a new adventure with a new start,
Leaving the world as it is
pathetic I look pathetic
Again and once again easiness hugs me
"Why do I look so pathetic?"
Now, I calm down and trust my guts
Not caring for the results while dying to them...

- Comment from author about the poem: Hi everyone! This is my first time writing poem. This poem describes us beings when we are overwhelmed and overthink. It shows the emotions of the person how they feel enthusiastic at one time and then get discouraged the other minute. Please share your thoughts on it!!

Thank you!!
Most welcome, Secquiel 🕊️🙏🏻
Welcome. To me this poem speaks with wavering trepidation, an unsureness of self and others. It quavers and speaks softly. Nicely written
Thank you so much!! You got it right!! I am still inexperienced, young kid and i have so much to learn from you
You are most welcome it is my pleasure
Welcome.Nicely written. This poem revolves around personal introspection, the conflict between despair and hope, and the exploration of one's emotions as they navigate through life's challenges.
Thanks! I was going for this theme!!!
