Let me have the life of a photon e=hf

sorenbarrett

Time does not exist, its shadow an illusion of motion
Past, future, present, a diffused potion in a cosmic ocean
As movement touches light's velocity, time turns infinity
Locked in an eternal dance between energy and entropy
To touch a star you don't have to reach far, you are already there
Future or past, over distances vast, entangled you are everywhere
So take a breath of life and death as everything in the cosmos you are and feel
Become the light, turn off the night with no mass all and nothing is real

Beautifully written, especially the imagery, where being, light, and time all dissolve together.

Very thoughtfully put and plays with deep mysteries that resonate with me. Well written too and it's refreshingly different.

Sometimes you wonder, with human beings, we don't really belong here, yet we come and go, so it is quite possible we don't go far.
Returning to a hot country when I come back.

A wonderful write Soren. The metaphors and imagery in this poem are very strong, I can imagine what it would feel like to be one.

Ahh time is but an illusion. Existing to give purpose of control. It is a friend. It heals all wounds. It is an enemy. It eventually brings death. But is it simply man made with no real true existance in the universe? A remarkable write Sorrenbarett.

Written from a physics point of view where time does not really exist but is a measuring stick not a force. Thanks so much for your read and comment they are most appreciated. I am no physicist but find physics fascinating.

Soren, this hit me hard…there’s a vastness in it that feels both dizzying and calm at the same time. You don’t just question time…you dissolve it. That final line lands like a quiet detonation. Powerful piece, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

You touched upon something, which to the best of my recollection, Leibnitz said. I hold on to that belief. I guess the definition of reality changes drastically when it comes to quantum physics. It's too complex for me. So I believe reality and observability are closely related. Having said that, I know I have committed a mistake.

Thank you so much Rebellion I deeply appreciate your read and comment. I have found that nature itself is full of different perspectives and I search to understand them. Richard Feynman the theoretical physicist explains it best for me.
