Mankind

RSM0812

Nature, but a stroke of paint, to eyes of life and the senses fate,

See upon our majestic earth, her marble blue and green of hearth.

The animals, they may slither, the mammals may but hunt, the human condition,

Mortality and its front,

The dark gives night, daylight gives sight, and language is written in beauty’s font.

Where will we be in a thousand years, when a million doors are opened,

And a billion salty tears, cry for all those coping.

Remember though if not of life then death our spirit be,

And heaven and the afterlife the truth it only sees.

Dimensions found, through holes in space,

Continuance of mankind its race,

The lineage steers, towards unknown fears,

And a future sold by trillion airs.

Bring to me a peace, where all will get a slice,

Of chaos still to cease, and evil lose the dice.

The good triumphant is, a true love tender kiss,

Upon the lips of men, and women of remise.

Where there’s dark will now be light,

Where there’s war now peace to keep.

And humbly as I sleep and dream of what clenching freedom reaps.

The future turns the way we push. As one, as many, as us all.

Each alive decisions made, will take us to the call.

It be perfect, or struggle through, our fears will never stay.

For certain is the fact, that life will find a way.
