Love cannot bloom like a flower,
For flowers are meant to wilt,
Even the most exquisite flowers eventually rot,
It'll be the most beautiful bouquet of dying flowers you'll ever see, until you drown in guilt.
Love cannot emerge like the rising sun,
It cannot provide you with apricity for eternity,
Then there comes a time when it will feel like a celestial fire,
Ultimately in the end, you will burn.
Love cannot engulf you like the passing breeze,
It may feel good to float for awhile,
But eventually it's force will take you down,
It will make you hostile when you fall back, still dwelling on memories erstwhile.
Love cannot run like a river,
It will not take you along it's streams of water,
Rather , it will flood you like a tsunami and make you drown under the pressure.

A fave for the creativity in this piece as it describes love as ideal not passion that wanes and dims over time. It is true love that is meant here. Nicely put to metaphor that demonstrates well the infinite properties of love
