Imprisoned Grooms

Kurt Philip Behm

The flip side

of dimension

the angle

of a curve

The silence of

 a shouting mute

that lost

unfeeling nerve

Description

serves in

lonely cells

its commutation stark

Where sentenced

and imprisoned grooms

forever

— wed the dark

To me Kurt this speaks of lack of understanding and the inability to understand another that speaks from another dimension and in who's shoes we have not walked/ A lovely write and a fave

Kurt, this blends abstraction and confinement with precision. The geometry in the opening shifts into psychological imprisonment, and “wed the dark” seals it with something almost ceremonial. It’s minimal but heavy…measured and somber. Well done. my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
