There’s Purpose in the Rain

GenXer Sharon πŸ™πŸ€

We love it when the sun is shining with the start of a new day! What happens to that feeling when it starts to rain? Life and its many curveballs I’ve learned come with powerful lessons. So when it starts pouring, we can know without a doubt behind it will be a rainbow of blessings! Human beings are not perfect our mistakes are a powerful resource. It’s in our gravest mistake we learn to lean onto Our Heavenly Force. His word tells us; “I am the light of the world.” So when we see another soul suffering in darkness, we are called to shine that light on that boy or girl. We love it when the sun is shining. But what about the rain? Rains purpose is to turn your seeds into flowers that will bloom once again!

A wonderful poem with internal rhyme and a great message that not all cloudy skies are bad. Very nice

Sharon, this carries a consistent, radiant faith throughout. The movement from sunshine to rain to blooming again is clear and affirming. It’s encouragement wrapped in everyday imagery, and that accessibility makes it land. I tried to stay neutral. I am now gently misted. Beautiful message, my dear friend. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›
