Whatever the mood of the moment dictates Demar. Hey incidentally how did this poem switch from today to yesterday? and my comment was at a time that I was not up so I am questioning myself if I sleep walk and respond to poems at such times.

I would say lasagna because it’s nostalgic, but overall schnitzel and mash with caviar and a glass of red wine (preferably aged and not a cheap type)
I’ve never heard of schnitzel other than from the cartoon Chowder LOL. But lasagna is my top 5… delicious stuff and caviar with red wine… I see you

Not sure my favorite, my I love Thai and Indian. So, I can at least answer cultural styles. LOL!
