Bacchic Song by Aleksandr Pushkin

Ksey_Gan

Why have the merry voices sfallen silent?

Ring forth, epic Bacchic gay choruses!

Long live the tender girls in a horde

And the young wives, our beloved ones at moment.

Fill the crystal glass full ding,

To the ringing bottom fine

Into the thick Imperit wine

Throw the cherished rings!

Raise the glasses, let us touch them in conjunction,

Long live pretty Muses, long live wisdom reason!

Sun, holy sun, burn nice order

As this tiny lamp pales surprised

Before the radiance of the sunrise,

So false wisdom flickers and smolders

Before the sun's immortal reason intellect,

Long live the sun, let the darkness be neglect!
