Not A Religious Fanatic

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

I don't write about the end times wanting you to panic,

Call myself just a believer and not a religious fanatic,

If aliens really are interdimensional demons would that make you frantic?

What if we all had suppressed powers that were actually fantastic?

Stomping out evil with footprints like from the Jurassic,

Found them beings plotting against us, got their collective heads together and smashed it!

A fun and fanciful poem that makes me wonder in this politically correct world if they would not file a hate crime case and get reparations for blatant discrimination, prejudice and hate mongering. Nicely written

Shaun, I appreciate when someone can explore belief without sliding into alarmism. There’s curiosity here rather than fear. It reads like someone thinking out loud but enjoying the ride. That tone keeps it engaging, well done! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

P.S. Love the image you paired with it. Heavenly images have to get cooler to compete...they're lagging! 🤣 #JustSsying
