Cartoon violence I don't mind. As long as for comedy like Looney tunes and Tom & Jerry. But real life violence, no thank you. There are too much pain and headache in the world.

    • Demar Desu - 德马尔·德苏

funny enough Tom and Jerry is one of my favorite cartoons; because I believe in the unconscious though, I believe even fictional violence can be a precursor to real life violence. I may get some push-back for this but I believe violent video games can lead to violent behavior.

what frustrates me is that we have so much translation tools to understand each other, even people who like to translate for work! yet still we cannot understand each other....

I know how you feel. I wish people would give some effort to communicate to each other. They might get along more

Peace is best for everyone but the makers of military machinery, the politicians looking for votes and the military needing a budget. Well said

        • Demar Desu - 德马尔·德苏

Soren I truly wish peace making even had half the budget war gets. I'll just take half and watch most of the world's problems disappear. These people only want war, and power to increase their own wealth! They do not care about human lives; and what's unfortunate is that it isn't just one side, it's all sides.

Yes. War never seems to even the score, does it? Woke up to the same news and the same heavy, wary heart, my friend. Have you heard Zao's "Praise the War Machine" off their album, Funeral of God? (warning, it's hardcore...lol). That song is feeling pretty apt in this era we find ourselves in. Powerful poem in minimal words. Well done, my Demar! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

So rightly said, if you have ever lived in or been involved in war, you would never want to do it again, especially when it will serve no purpose, it will just leave a more dangerous and unstable country behind. The USA have a horrendous record in meddling in the middle east, and not one of those country's is now better for it. Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan all these have just gone backwards as a result of our interventions, I guess his ego will filling the new ballroom, poignant write.

Violence is something we cannot avoid and I do wish there could be peace. Not sure why so many people seem to be looking for another war.

I diasgree Allie, I look towards the monks of all times, they avoid violence, I look towards the philosophy of JC, he embraces violence, I think about myself I don't want anymore violence

That’s a thoughtful insight, at least in my life it seems to be all around me.
