My missing half

DLewis88

How many days has it been?

Don't know know, lost count

How I long to find my true love

My soulmate, my equal, my companion

But yet, as time passes, still don't have one

I'm still missing my second half

The piece to make me whole and full

I wish I can say I have a soulmate

Another half for me.

But how old I am, I don't think there is no one for me.

We all look for someone to fit with us but maybe we need to look for someone that we would want to fit with and mold ourselves to fit where we belong. A wonderful write

Your words resonate with me. I think soulmates can be anyone, anywhere. Whether romantic or platonic. Have hope that you will find them!
