The Garden Gate

RSM0812

Garden gate, protective fence,

Guarding long the garden hence.

The lily’s daunting, growing free,

As beauty to soliloquy.

She speaks of love, as petals point,

To skies the crying tear anoint.

And rain it covers, garden top.

Then drowns what sinful whim adopts.

My garden strong, my garden great.

Surrounded by the gardens gate.
