I could, but!

Maplespal

I could blur the lines of your point of view,
take you out so you can see your own view.
Me, myself, and I your inner thoughts for you,
show you self centered opinions are nowhere true.
Also, I could show you where your thoughts reside,
sit, lay, walk and with your inner self confide,
lead you through the strings where theories hide.
But I sit alone staring with the empties beside.
It's because I'd rather alone sit and distantly stare,
keep my thoughts hidden, with no one share.
Let my viewing and listening expand my wise,
alone nobody comes and tells me their lies.
