Strength in my weakness

Scarlette Howard

Yah, wraps me up in his mercy and never lets me go

He doesn't allow me to give up in my weakness

He carries me when I fall

He shows me the way

When I feel unworthy, he calls  and tells me he is my home and way

Yah, never lets me stand alone

He answers my supplications and prayers

Yah rescues me and keeps me safe

When I am unsure, he reassures me

He is my place and home, I am not alone

He is my home

Thank you, Yah, for carrying me through the storm and sending me grace

I am not alone, Yah is my home and place

He will attend to my call; I won't give up

Yah is my blanket, home and way

His love and Spirit give me the strength to overcome my weakness

Thank you, Yah, for never letting me go.

These lines cradle the soul with grit and grace—your faith feels lived, not just written.
There’s a raw honesty here, like fire and comfort wrapped in the same blanket, unflinching and kind.
