The power of Tears

GenXer Sharon πŸ™πŸ€

It is true that feelings are fickle and can change over time. But He never said that it’s not okay to cry. There’s deep healing taking place in tears; a releasing of burdens, and maybe fears. While it’s true we should never react out of our feelings; there’s a lesson to them; we must listen to what they’re revealing. No I’m not saying to cry every day at all times. I am saying to let them flow so He can brighten your light. There’s deep purpose and meaning behind allowing tears to fall; it’s a laying down of all burdens, fears, and anxieties once and for all. So let them fall for today if they must; then press further on in Faith; in Our Heavenly Father’s healing touch!

Sharon, I appreciate the honesty here…that balance between acknowledging emotion and still encouraging faith and forward movement. We all carry moments where tears come whether we want them or not, and you frame that as part of the journey rather than something to hide. That perspective feels both human and hopeful. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›
