Love
Love for the woman at your side,
Love for your child at its birth;
Love for the brother you stand beside,
Love for the sister who measures your worth.
Love for the pet you hold so dear,
Love for the garden that makes you proud;
Love for beauty that brings a tear,
Love for the music you play so loud.
Love for your work at the end of day,
Love for the arts that you make;
Love for the sports that you play,
Love for life as you wake.

This poem fills the gambit of what we hold dear. Love such a complicated word bleeds into so many emotions. A lovely (another usage) poem with great rhyme and well metered. Nicely done
