- Comment from author about the poem: I wanted to try a Nature Haiku that didn't rhyme. So far, my three other Haikus do and are about a past relationship I lost. The others are: "It Felt True", "Me And You", and "I Hurt Too".

You are right a nature form is a haiku those about relationships are senryu. Nicely done and nicely imaged. Very nice
So a senryu is a 5/7/5-syllable haiku, but not describing nature, but relationships?? Thank you, you have proven so helpful and kind!! It helps my inner self to know there are people like you that fit this description. It is rare these days for people to take 3 minutes of their time, or more, to go out of their way.
No it generally describes nature not relationships and also has a cutting word or punctuation that most people that write haikus seem to ignore. You are most welcome and it is my pleasure.
