Notice of absence from Alex PB
Writin' more and more poems is my job,
I shall write when Shakespeare is back.
Writin' more and more poems is my job,
I shall write when Shakespeare is back.
I wish you had another name,
One with a different fate,
One I could easily forget,
One I could hate,
But hate is not something I can do,
I tried, I tried, I tried again,
Is it a G, an A, or a V,
Damned be me, damned be you,
A kiss for a kiss,
A touch for a touch,
Do what is best for us,
Even if our soul has no face,
No pain means no gain,
No gain means no hate,
No hate means no love,
No love means lies - I never stopped.

A rather harsh view of love. Desire wearing a love mask never works out well. Nicely written
